So, I don't know if this is going to sounds stupid or even make sense, but I'll ask anyway.
Let's pretend I am 100 calories over in carbs but am low on protein and my total calorie for the day is under.
Should I-
a. leave it as is
b.have more protein even though that will make me go over my total calorie goal for the day
c. shut up and never ask another question

You should be focusing on your weekly goals more than your daily goals, and on grams instead of percents.
So in this instance, eat more protein, go over your calorie goal, and try to adjust your daily intake so that you meet your weekly goals.0 -
I would decide based on if I was hungry or not.
Take a look at where you ate too many carbs and try and replace them with more protein and veges for the next day0 -
High protein low cal is plain Greek yogurt add berries (low carb fruit) and stevia, Yum, problem solved.0

MFP builds in a deficit already, so going "over" your calories is still probably under your TDEE.0

dairy free right now, even Greek yogurtMFP builds in a deficit already, so going "over" your calories is still probably under your TDEE.0 -
If it's just one day you could do either A or B within minimal impact. In the future, try to plan around your macros.0

d. Eat enough protein so that you're no longer under your calorie goal without going over?0
