So I'm struggling a little with this at the moment...

When it comes to excercise, pushing myself comes easy to me. Once I'm in the zone, it's great. Can burn 1000+ calories easy and feel good doing it. When I'm my own personal trainer, I rock it.

The problem is that I'm just as hard on myself with the calorie numbers. Regardless of whether I burn 100 or 1000, I won't eat over the set calorie limit, and if I do I feel I'm failing. The voice in my head tells me that 13kg lost in 90 days is pathetic, and I'm genuinely puzzled when people praise me for progress. In my mind, if I could do 13 I could have done 15 etc,

I know how to beat the voice, but when I beat the food voice, the excercise one is also quietened. Does anyone else have this? What do you do to beat it
