help with Carb / Protein / Fat ratios

Im trying to figure out the best ratio to lose weight.
myfitness pal app says it should be:
Carb = 55%
Fat = 30%
Protein = 15%
Im currently at (by lunchtime)
Carb = 18%
Fat = 24%
Protein = 58%
I've started protein shakes (reading that these are optimum for meal replacements), veggies, lean meats, cut processed foods. Feeling sort of dizzy. With research i thought i was supposed to be higher proteins, cutting carbs.
Anyone have the correct advise?

I previously had mine at the MFP setting, but have since changed it to 55/30/15. carb/protein/fat.
I figure no way my fat should be higher than my protein intake, so I have since changed it officially in settings, but based on my diet, I was following the 55/30/15 plan for the last month, hence why I feel I have lost inches, no pounds, but I am fine with inches, some of my jeans fit a lot better since
