Im trying to figure out the best ratio to lose weight.
myfitness pal app says it should be:
Carb = 55%
Fat = 30%
Protein = 15%
Im currently at (by lunchtime)
Carb = 18%
Fat = 24%
Protein = 58%
I've started protein shakes (reading that these are optimum for meal replacements), veggies, lean meats, cut processed foods. Feeling sort of dizzy. With research i thought i was supposed to be higher proteins, cutting carbs.
Anyone have the correct advise?

try 30% protein, 40% carbs, and 30% fats. There is no magic ratio, but that allows for high protein diet, plenty of nutrition from your carb macro and adequate fat intake.0
