30 day shred.

If you've tried this, what is your experience with it? Or are you doing it now or planning to start? I just ordered mine since the 2 stores I checked at didn't have it when I was in there, so I decided whatever, just order it. Haha.

If interested in doing this alongside eachother friend me! I should be getting it around the 5th. :-)

Thank you! I looked it up. I'll start that Friday! I think the DVD would be nice for days like tomorrow where I will be able to watch on a disc since I wont have internet connection at my photography studio.! Thank you again! :-)

Ripped in 30 is more challenging and you burn more calories. If you like the 30 Day Shred, you will like this one to. It's the same concept but a little more challenging.

I use the Shred, along with several other things (walking/running, and other workouts), so I can't vouch for it's 30-day promise, but I will tell you that it's a great workout packed into 20 minutes, especially compared to other DVDs.

I just started mine today...I'm so happy to see that if I keep eating right and doing my shred I'll start seeing results quickly. Thank you for this post, very inspirational
