Would you call this a plateau? And another ?

So about early Feb., I upped my cals from 1300 to 1400. I also always eat back my exercise calories, making for a very inconsistent net calorie total. I know that when you only have 10-15 to lose, progress can and should be slow, but I'm feeling pretty stagnate. I've been doing Chalean Extreme, which is a cross between cardio and strength--stardio maybe?

Also, on Saturday, I'll be starting NROL4W. I plan to not track exercise cals then and instead eat one amount on lifting days and a lower amount on off days. According to the calculations in the book, that would be about 1900 and 1700 respectively. However, if my results are so stagnant at 1600-1700 now, am I going to end up gaining back what little I've lost?

My goals are to lose weight, specifically body fat. Given the way mine is distributed, I had 32-37% BF when I started at 143, so there's not a lot of lean body mass here.

And, yes, I do have a sickness with displaying numbers. I need to see them. Edited to add: right-click on the image and choose "view image" to see the full thing.

I wouldn't call it a plateau. You haven't been stuck at the same number for a month yet and you've changed you regimen. Your body has to adjust to the new regimen.
