Perhaps pople could post pics of food portions here as they use them. Oops cant add pics i dont think. How do i delete this?

    Hi Shirley, I post pictures of all my meals and include links to calories and recipes on my food diary blog - ameliasfooddiary.wordpress.com. I portion all my meals out pretty much so I know exactly what is in each. Might give you some ideas :)
