Was using fit-day, but I always had to enter custom foods, and it felt unmaintained. It also doesn't have a community. Decided to transfer my last 3 days here, and I feel better already! I want to lose 30-40 lbs to be at goal weight, even though its still 10 lbs above healthy bmi weight. But I am a very muscularly built guy with heavy bones... so bmi isnt very accurate.

    you can do it.. i was at my highest 310 lbs at 6'5 now im down to 279.. you can def knock that out!

    Welcome! I have been here for close to two years............lost 20 lbs the first 6 months, and decided to stick around. I love the discipline of logging my food, and the realization that I NEED accountability. People here are awesome.......you'll find lots of support and good ideas.

    Thanks alot guys. I been sticking with it for 3 days, and will check my weight every monday. I exercise alot and expect to lose the minimum 2 lbs a week.
