Breastfeeding and Weight loss

Hi everyone! First off I need some friends from all those breastfeeding mothers out there that are losing weight.

I had my daughter 3 months ago and I am exclusively breastfeeding. I have been trying to lose weight since about a month ago but to no avail. I thought maybe because I was not eating enough calories a day.

I need to first know how to calculate the amount of calories I need to consume per day in order to lose weight while I am breastfeeding (and maintain a good supply).

I also want to know any challenges that some people have had with doing exercise programs and breastfeeding and how to overcome that if I should encounter the same problem.

I want to lose 45 pounds and I am over 200 pounds. Please help! Inspire and friend me!
