Motivation for work outs - working moms

I would love 2 hear from any working moms who are making time for work workouts in their busy schedules- I am really having a hard time finding hours in the day for work outs, I know this sounds like a sorry excuse - I would appreciate any motivation from you guys! Tks,,,, Kirsten

I'm going back to work soon as well, so I'd love to read the feedback. So far, my plan is to just wake up earlier. I can do without 45 minutes of sleep. I run on a provincial trail right beside my house so I figure I'll do that for 45 and then come in to shower and make lunches and get ready for the ole 9-5.0

I know I am having trouble finding time to work out as well; I went and joined a gym today and plan on getting up and going before my hubby goes to work and my daughter is out of bed. That way I get it in and it is done, I won't have to worry about trying to exercise at home throughout the day and finding 30-60 minutes to fit in my very busy schedule; I work from home full-time, keep my daughter with me (3 year old), and I also work a part time job.0
