Need Gluten, Dairy, Egg and high fiber free recipes!!!

my irritial bowel syndrome is out of control right now. So I need to follow a low fiber diet without gluten. I'm also sensitive to dairy and egg. I'm 3 days in on my diet change and feel so much better but am running out of food options. Help!!!

    I have a ton on my pintrest board, you send me a PM and I will send you a link to my pintrest board. I am celiac so we are 100% gluten free here for my DH and I. Now I do not have any problems with dairy but there are lots of ideas on there to help you out.
