I'm currently on break for easter! yay! Does anybody know some cardio that I can do that I don't have to do outside? (I have cold related asthma). Im home and I don't have a gym membership here. I usually work out at the university's gym. Are there free cardio videos I can look at online for free?

Pop Pilates is a great option. Try her Fat Melting HIIT workout (I think that's what it's called), it will definitely get your heart pumpin'!0
