so tired all the time!

sorry im having a whinge here but im getting fed up of myself.
im really hating my job right now and its had a big effect on me. i feel so tired, down and demotivated all the time!

here was my daily plan

wake up at 7am.
walk dogs for 45 mins.
walk to gym (10 mins)
work out and walk home (be back at 9am)
get ready for work
11. leave for work.
and inbetween i make a meal from scratch for work that day and do all the ironing/washing etc.
then get home around 9pm feeling knackered and hungry.

ive been aiming for about 1500 cals net.

i manage to lose weight and then misery strikes and i find it hard to get going again.

someone give me a kick up the *kitten* please. or maybe some help on increasing energy?

    How much sleep are you getting? What are you doing at the gym? What do you do for work?

    Are you looking for a new job? A job you enjoy makes an incredible difference. Try faking you enjoy your current job. If you smile a lot your brain gets the message you're happy.
