Days we are to sleep to exercise. Help!

Okay. So this is one of those days. I did a lot earlier but not enough. Like I had to carry a heavy box from upstairs to outside after school. It was pretty tedious and my arms felt like they were going to fall off. And I am just tired from waking up early. Do you guys have any ideas on easy exercises that you can do when you are beyond sleepy? I have some other days like this but it's very few.
