    Thank you. I have read up on this also and found that it's perfectly healthy as long as you hydrate and keep your electrolytes up.
    Many that go ketogenic find they can stop-worrying about the sodium content (unless they have very serious hypertension or other cardiac reason to avoid sodium) in their foods, simply because they actually NEED the additional electrolyte intake - especially if exercising heavily.
