Too much sodium

I'm finding myself eating more sodium than allotted on my chart. What can i eat to minimize that?

The biggest thing you can do is to eliminate as many processed foods as you can from your diet. If it comes in a box or can it is probably loaded with sodium. Processed meats are also frequently high in sodium. The more fresh, unprocessed foods that you can incorporate into your diet the less sodium you'll find yourself eating. It takes a little more planning but if you are anything like me you will feel a LOT better for it.0
