I'm Nely and this is my first week using this app. I'm transitioning from a vegetarian to vegan diet and I love it. I've made a decision to live a healthy, strong life (and yes, feel good in my jeans!). Okay, so I'm putting this out there, my stats:
1. 154 lbs. weight today 3/27/13
2. 125 lbs. weight goal
3. lose 1-1/2 to 2 lbs per week
4. started training for my very first 5k (this is week 1 of a 9 week program)
5. workout 6 days/week (work in a few hikes in the next 2 months)
6. continue to eat yummy vegan food and track my activity with the help of this app

So, I'm committed to checking in weekly. I'd love to find "pals" so we can encourage and support each other. Here's to our success!
