I am so worried that one day I will stop losing weight. I guess its that low confidence person inside me that needs reassurance I am on the right path.

I started this journey on February 1st (maybe 2nd)....I have logged everything since..every bite of food... I am so scared of hitting a plateau.

Please look at my diary and give me any suggestions...criticisms...I want to be able to do this for the rest of my life. I am ready to succeed and take on this challenge..I just want to make sure I am doing it right!

    I only looked at today...

    but you're not eating enough if that's a typical day.. slim fast is not really a good choice.. I'd switch that to chocolate milk or maybe milk and protein powder if you work out or plain greek yogurt mixed with a banana and mango (or whatever sweet fruits you like)

    Everything else looks pretty good..
