Starting Photos

One thing I did which was quite scary was I took two photos of myself in my underwear as my "before". One at a side view and the other straight on. They are in my bedroom, hidden away but I pull them out when I need extra motivation. I have photos of myself at different stages in my life when I was slimmer and healthy - they are posted on the fridge and I feel good when I look at those then make my choice of what I will eat that day. I measured myself as well as wrote down my initial weight.

i did the same thing, and actually i took some more photo's today, to compare the difference so far. it was really motivating and surprising to see such a difference! i also have old skinny photo's on the fridge...:flowerforyou:0
