Weird question

I feel a bit rotten this morning. I have a stomach ache, not a bug, just a general ache from the pills I'm taking from my Doc, and it's making me feel a little nauseous.
However, I need to work out, but don't want to do the cardio routines that I usually do, which more often than not involves a lot of plyo/moving rapidly for fear of losing my brekkie.
On the other hand, I really don't want to do yoga or anything like it because I find it ever so tedious.
Can anyone recommend me something thats gentle on the belly?
Swimming isn't an option since my town doesn't have a pool (sacrilege in my eyes, if it did, I'd always be in it), and the nearest one is an hour on the bus (and I have to get my son from school early today since it's last day of term).

If Weather permitting go a long walk. It will be gentle on the stomach and also the fresh air might make you feel a bit better.0

Not to sound insulting, but would it be so bad to take a day off...considering how you feel?
Sometimes we just need to listen to our bodies.0 -
So you want exercise that's not exercise? :P
I guess your only option is low intensity like suggested walking or free weights, but I think free weights wouldn't be too fun either with an upset stomach. You could do crossword puzzles. Thinking burns calories:

I've already had a 50 minute walk this morning, and will be on another later on after school. I still feel icky though0

I guess not, I just like to feel like I'm contributing to my weight loss, and sometimes feel guilty for not earning my day0
