Increase calorie intake

Hi,
My weight loss has seemed to slow down. I exercise r3-5 times per week and am eating 1200 cals per day. Whilst this has been an excellent combination for me until now - my weight loss has been slow in the past few months. I am thinking about uping my calories to test if I need to be eating more. How do you do this on MFP?
Thanks
Kel

My Home -> Goals -> Update Goals -> Custom
and adjust from there.
Give it a few weeks before you decide if it works or not. You may gain a little (may not, too!!) but keep going, it will be better in the long run!
I've got from 1300 to 1690 at the moment, and tomorrow is my last increase (I upped it 150 a week) to 1800 calories, and I'm becoming more energized, my body is working the way it's supposed to, and I just lost half a pound, after weeks of being stuck in one place!
Good luck!!0
