Don't laugh, but I have no earthly idea which part of the chest strap I'm supposed to wet. Help? :blushing:

    That's ok.

    I have the FT4 as well.

    On the back of the chest strap is a part that is rubber/plastic rather then soft material. That's the bit you wet.
    Hope i made some sense.

    FT4 has a strap with plastic? Mine (now retired cause I have a FT60) has material strap with material parts you wet.
