    Good Morning Pepper's,
    Well this has been a very busy week for me at my regular job and tonight is our end of season party for my tax job (all done until next year) :drinker:

    Got on scale and dropped 1/2 a pound but it is something. I am getting back in the swing of things again so hopefully will loose more next week, my weight was 196.5 this morning.

    Ok will make this quick cuz i am hungry.....lunch is calling me.

    This week I had two visits w/an attorney and 1 visit to court.

    Right now my children will be living w/me until next court date. Next court date is 5 21.
    Bottom line I was successful in suspending parenting time my ex has with the kids.

    It's been a roller coaster of a week of emotions, not eating well, not exercising well. I dread the scale......

    Sorry still no computer at home. Well this week was ok. DD left last Friday and has not come back. Won't talk to me either so I pretty much been working out to keep from being depressed. Guy I'm seeing being a jerk to so once again, working out to keep from crying and curling inot a ball and never get out of bed.
    Good news ds been telling me he loves me evry morning before he leaves for school.
    So I weight in at 244.2 today sop that a loss an I am so very happy.:blushing:
    B-so sorry about the court and kids and ex been there and done that!! u r in my prayers
    Miss V lookin hot woman!! Planing to come to Wash this summer for my grandma service, if i get there I am so gonna look u up!!
    Sindy- a loss is a loss!! u work it girl
    Kelly- ur in my heart gurl!!
    CHALLLAGE--- Take the stairs! if you have a choice take a least one flight of stairs everyday! and Post it!! be accountable. If no stairs in ur life LUCKY!!! no kidding replace it to something u don't normally do. Walk to mailbox, walk a block, etc and remember post it!!!

    I am at 225.8 this week which is a gain of .8. I am going to assume that my baby gained the weight not me.:smile: I am getting ready to take my nap for the day. I am so tired all the time now but can't sleep. I think because I have so much on my mind, I can't shut if off. Soon everything will start falling into place and I will be able to relax again.

    Afternoon team...gotta make this quick...storms approaching..

    was 191.6 this am, so down 6 lbs.....water, bloating and aunt flow have left....I feel really good today, cept tired. dh is working 12 hr today, so I am gonna make a nice supper for us...grill him a steak and stir fry for me :tongue: I love tender crisp veggies with ginger and garlic. I think the cleaning lady is coming this weekend...lol..

    Cindy ~ hey a loss is a loss. I bet you are feeling some relief with the 2nd job ending. You can now put that time towards yourself! ahhh, breathe :flowerforyou:

    Vita ~ just a lil pound. as hard as you are working out it is bound to be gone very soon.:flowerforyou: I went to the city today and they had my Larabars 10 for $10. so, I got a whole bunch of different kinds. can't wait to try them.

    Jacque ~ yay!! happy for your loss hon! am concerned about your other issues....but I am so proud of you for taking it to exercise and not food! *positive* I am sure both your children love you very, very much. that is so sweet of your ds! another great idea for the challenge. only stairs in my life are the ones to the dungeon. so, I will make an effort each day to do the steps! chin up sweets, take care...we are here for you :heart

    Angie ~ not much longer for you and your gonna be rockin that little guy and the scale! hang in there. :heart:

    Barb ~ gosh, sorry to hear about what is going on with you and the kiddos. hope all works out the way you want it to. I know all about stress eating! just take it one day at a time....things will get better soon. (((hugs)))

    Well its the end of a good day. Things are slowing down.

    Kelly - yes now I can spend time on me me me :drinker: I extended my doctors appointment for another 5 weeks so I will try to loose the 10 pounds by then. I have to do this and the good weather is motivating me.

    Barb. - Glad the kids are with you. Dont let the stress take from you. It will work out. :flowerforyou:

    We will do this together. I know the support every pepper has given me keeps me going.

    The escalator has been broken three weeks now. but even though it will be fixed by Monday, I will keep doing the stairs. Need to drink more water, so I will add that as another challange.

    Have a great week end. I think a walk on the beach tomorrow will make me feel really good and I never run out of yard work. :bigsmile:

    I just did my stairs for today. Amazing how fast u can go when u really got to go hahaha. Went to a birthday lunch and ate to good. So it off to the gym tonigh and salad for dinner.

    Cindy & Jacque ~ good job ladies! when I hear all the details of everyone's activity, it motivates me!! putting my beads away so I can see my dining room table and kitchen counter again. but **first** I am gonna take a few minutes and visit the stairs! Keep with the exercise....it will help lift our spirits and pump our hearts!! our bodies love, LOVE motion!! :flowerforyou:

    hey you pepper's.....had 2 unclean meals today, morels, cabbage salad, brownie, bread...but am ok....watched portions. Did a few loads of laundry so stairs, many, many times today! Had in laws for supper and a good visit. dh and I are gettin ready to watch Avatar.

    Good Monday Morning SHGP's! Hope you're all doing good and ready to give it your all for a healthy week working towards them goals!

    Need to go to the city and get some supplies for graduation. and a haircut. Was looking at the calendar today and we have 20 days of school left. Our last day is May 28. Have so much to do around the house, inside and out...so if I don't drive this summer, I will have plenty to do!

    Did some laundry and the stairs yesterday. Today I am going to carry something or add some extra wt some how! Gonna start my stretch and tone tape w/Denise too. Have results with that fairly quickly. Eating was ok for the weekend. The last week has been pretty good, so will keep it clean! Grilling some cod fillets today. YUM!

    This is a very bad start for a Monday. M:y boss called me at 6:30am and told me she was taking a half day. Well when I got here the no drinking water ban affects my work place (not my home) I cant get in touch with my boss and we are very very low on bottled water, cant brew coffee and cant go any where to pick some up because I am by my self. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

    Hi everyone
    One day at a time -- that's my new motto..... One day at a time.
    Today's goals - kids in school - baseball practice. The practice may be canceled due to the heavy rain. Even if the sun shines, I estimate those fields will be very wet. Some minor flooding occurring in my neck of the woods.

    Having a strange bloated feeling - no interest in food days. On day 2 of this weird occurrence - began on Sunday. Could be pms leading to Aunt Flo .... could be stress.... could be whatever? Now, it's close to lunch and I have no desire for food. None......

    However this morning I stepped on the scale, based on my home scale, there has been an increase in weight. Haven't gotten my butt into curves to report the "offical" weight. The curves scales gives me a more accurate weight in lbs and oz. Home I estimate the oz to the nearest .25, .50 or .75

    Having the kids w/me all the time is a change....especially since it's Dave and I transporting them everywhere. And with Dave working odd hours this week, I'm rescheduling my appointments so I can get my son where he needs to go. Between you and God's ears, I'm hoping for no practice today due to wet fields.

    Barb....sending some good vibrations East for better days ahead...strength to get you thru each day...that they end with peace and a smile and believing that things will get better. just do what you can to make the most of each day.....try to get some *you* time in as well, even if it is only 5 minutes....take care and let us know how it goes......:heart: hugs and love from Iowa...

    Wow what a weekend. Did not go to gym Friday, met up with DD and of course ended with a fight and me overeating due to stress. She at least went home with G-ma so I know where she is. She then called at 9 and we talked till Midnight. So things might just work out :smile: Spent the morning at the gym and ran all day and into the night so all and all food and workout good Saturday. Sunday OMG I have no idea what happen? Ate like it was Christmas totally food binged and Bar B Q and fast food I went into meat and bread overload!!! Did not even look at the scale this morning Way to afraid to look.
    Well got my stairs in today already so that a plus. tonight is my son's FFA Banquet he will be getting his green thumb award he is so excited so yeah u guess it Bar B Q !! again!! that all they ever serve in Texas for banquet, weddings, funeral, or family get together!! Bread and meat and potatoe salad. No wonder Teas ia one of the fatest states!!

    hey, wanted to share -- there's an elevator & stairs in my building....
    I always take the stairs to the 2nd floor --- the ladies bathroom is cleaner on the 2nd floor -- that's why.

    Always know when the weather is getting good, everybody is out doing things. The water ban was over this morning so we all got our coffee. :laugh:

    I am having lots of feet pain again and it is taking my motivation away. I did a 10 min walk today and my feet are really hurting. I am trying to keep the stairs challenge but finding that difficult as well. I see my pain doctor on Thursday and will ask him some questions.

    Well hope everybody is doing good.

    Jacque I hear you it is so hard when the stress comes and all I want to do is eat and lately it seams harder to walk away. I keep repeating to myself. NO CINDY so I will not do it. Keep fighting it is all worth it in the end. At least we know when we are doing it and we will be able to just say NO and walk away.

    ok...had to go to the city today....dh is putting in new windows in our basement and I had to pick them up. then we can get our foundation (exterior) insulated. this has needed to be done for many, many yrs. THEN, I can landscape around my house....finally. UGH! and I have no idea where the money is coming from to do all this....my first priority is graduation....

    any way, I had to return some shirts for my dh and tried on a few myself. I REALLY need to get going on my exercise. gesh! how flabby I have become and un-tone. and that's why my summer clothes are a lil tight.....Kelly!

    and I have no idea if I am driving this summer for sports, but I AM gonna get active again! all my men will be working days, so no reason for me to just sit and do nothin. it wil be just me n the girls for 8 hrs straight!

    oh, and yesterday was more unclean than I wanted it to be...so gotta stop that crap and be real. I want to get into the 80's and it won't happen the way I have been eatin.

    have a good one pepper's. Yay, BL tonite is makeovers!! I love this one!!

    Hi all....
    Strange but true......Ya'll heard me discuss the wraps. Yesterday I had one and boy, the heat was too much. I'm sweating -- I'm feeling sweat drip from my thighsand collect under the heating pad. I was getting miserable..... first time I had asked her to turn down the heat a lot in arms & legs.

    Anyway -- does it work --- well, I only lose .2 of a lb each visit. Sigh....
    What I noticed -
    First wrap of 2010 on 4/2 weight before 170.8 -- yesterday's weight 170.8 This was up from the 4/15 weight of 168.6

    Ok... now the measurements -- I went up in the "before" from the 4/2 wrap to the 4/15 wrap. But DOWN from the 4/15 wrap to the 5/5 wrap. The losses was in waist, hip, upper thigh and arm. No change in lower thigh. Up in chest. However, I really don't want to lose any in the chest area... NONE...... keep the girls as is.

    So is it working -- maybe? Worth the money -- maybe? Do I get 30 minutes of relaxation yes. Does the heat across my waist feel really good - yes.

    One day at a time.... that's how it's going to be.... one day at a time.
