i was just wondering why it is that my sodium amount for the day never changes when everything else does? when i log exercise then it seems all my amounts adjust themselves, but even on the day i painted out bedroom, spent 12 hours and over 4000 calories "exercising"(let's face it, painting is just plain WORK) it still gave me the same sodium for the day..... i'm just curious why this never changes---i try to stay at under what they recommend because i feel better when i do, but it just bothers me to not know WHY.
that's all---thanks!!!
that's all---thanks!!!

The recommended maximum for sodium does not change. It is a static amount. The other values are a percentage of total calories, which will change as a result of exercise calories being added into the food diary.0

Agreed. There is only one level of safe sodium. Too much or too little is dangerous.
BTW, congrats on the 93 lbs!0 -
The same goes for cholesterol too. You only need so much of it no matter how much work you do.0
