my 2nd round with mfp

hello all,
im kristee, i first joined mfp a few years ago.. i wasnt consistant with any part of my exercise or diet or even logging on here, so now after ive had a baby etc... im giving it another go.. oddly enough, im eating very healthy which is a HUGE change compared to pizza rolls, chicken nuggets, corn dogs etc for meals everyday now im having eggs for breakfast, and eating lean meats only and more veggies and fruits... i exercise everyday, if i cant make it to the gym i go for a walk with my little one.. but one thing i am still not doing well on is logging my meals on here, but im working on it. anyhow, i was overseas when i first joined, so my settings keep bringing up european stores when i enter my foods... how can i change it to american stores now? ive looked in settings and cant find it, ive even changed my time zone...
so far i am loving the message boards, its inspiring to see people work through there struggles and see successes, have the support. especially at the moment when i am feeling discouraged, after a month of eating well and working out i have only gained weight and not lost. and its started to get me down, but i will keep at it , maybe up my cardio :0/ i hate cardio lol...

    Anyone is welcome to add me... Lucky husband, father of two (three in October)... Have dropped 144 since July 1st and plan to be on here for another 50 years.
  • It is also my 2nd time with mfp. It worked well when I used it a couple years ago, but I also have a new account and am seeking friends to add and not only encourage me, but let me encourage them. I just started on Tuesday. I am eating healthier and have worked out with Leslie Sansone Walk At Home video every day. Let's do this together!
