Potassium & Cholesterol Questions.

I just changed the settings in my food diary to check my daily intake of sodium, potassium, calcium, iron and cholesterol. I'm usually a little under on everything except sugar and fibre, both of which are always over my RDI according MFP. Cholesterol and Potassium though are both way under.
I've done some research on potassium levels and I don't have any of the symptoms of low potassium. In fact one of the things potassium is good for helping with is lowering blood pressure and that's the last thing I need. My blood pressure is always on the low side of normal ( 99/72 the other day, which is a tad lower than usual).
At first I thought the low cholesterol intake was good, but then I remebered there is good cholesterol as well as bad so I'll have to look that up as well.
Does everyone else meet their RDI for these 2 things on here?
