    BMR is Base Metabolic Rate. The amount of calories it takes for you to "live" daily... that amount of calories a doctor would give you if you were ever in a coma....

    TDEE is your Total Daily Energy Expenditure. The amount of calories it takes for your body to function and carry out your activities on a daily basis. Including exercise. Total Calorie burn for the day.
