Herbal Wraps

Hi all,
Has anyone tried an herbal wrap? One of my friends has been trying to talk me into adding this to my weight loss plan, but it seems too gimmicky. She says she has had "amazing" results.
I looked them up on the internet, but would like to get the opinion of anyone who has tried or knows someone who has tried them.
Not sure if this just goes along with the "you can't spot reduce..."
Thanks for your input!

A body wrap, herbal or not, will not make you lose fat. They will make you lose an inch or two (maybe more) but that is just water and that comes right back once you drink water and eat food.
There are a lot of these things on the market. None of them will actually make you lose fat.
Remember, if something sounds too good to be true... it probably is.0
