Leg Pain

I have been walking either 1.5 miles or 2 miles just about everyday now and the same thing happens.
My right calf will cramp up and get hard. I have warmed up before walking, I have tried slowing down when I feel it coming
on, I have stopped and stretched it out but nothing helps. It is not both my calves but just my right. It won't let me get past
the miles I am walking. I don't even break out into a sweat at that point.
It takes a good 1-2 hours before the pain goes away.
A few have said it is because I lead with my right foot, others have said it is a nerve, I have had nerve trouble and that is not what it is, I have tried using my left more with no changes.

ANY IDEAS??? I want to move past and really work my body but at this point I am not

Thanks,
Mary

Go see your doctor and make sure your circulation to that leg is in good shape. If you have circulation problems, walking--through the pain--is one of the best ways to fix it. But see your doctor. It will make you feel better.

I would also suggest having the arch in your foot examined by a doctor.
