Lifting.

New here and I noticed that lifting does not have even an estimated calorie counter. I am currently doing circuit training, which almost functions as a second Cardio workout. I was just curious if anyone knew of a website which had even slight estimations to calories burned from different workouts, and things of that variety.
If it's helpful this is my current workout plan, I will be changing it in 6-8 weeks.
5 Circuits.
1 set-Front Arm Raise- 20 lbs, 15 Reps.
1 Set-Flat Shoulder Press Machine 100 lbs -15 Reps
1 Set-Arm Fly Machine 90 lbs, tension 4. -15 Reps.
1 Set Bicep Curls 25 lbs- 15 Reps-Each Arm.
1 Set Sit Ups No additional Weight - 15 Reps
1 Set Calf Raises 160 lbs- 15 Reps.
If you can help thanks, if not. Hopefully I can find the solution shortly.
