Exercise at night, eat earned cals following day?

I had written a post earlier about carb craving today and was wondering if it was because I did a heavy workout last night about 2 hours after dinner. Would it make sense that if your workout was after dinner and u were just going to bed after it that you would be very hungry the next day even if you had eaten plenty before your workout? Does anyone use their calories earnt from exercise the day after you've actually exercised? Just wondered if this would work on the days that exercising is late at night?

Yep, it works...I often am not hungry after a long run, but starving the next day - your body does not have a clock...0
