Lurking around the site this week, trying to figure out what is what. I’m on the downhill slope of being able to call myself mid-30's. I think I could be considered fit and fat, wanting desperately to get rid of the 2nd part and wanting to get way more of the first. Slow and steady cyclist & want to be able to run a mile without stopping. Would love some more pals on the MFP site.
