When you don't feel like working out ?

I do my workouts every morning when I'm up by myself and get it out of the way so I'm done for the day. The earlier the better. If I waited til later in the day, I'd be more likely to skip it.0

I'll be honest, I still do it most of the time, but there are times when I don't, and yes, I am super guilty of sitting on Pinterest, pinning away motivating sayings and amazing workouts.... I really didn't want to go this morning, but I got dressed, got my shoes on, and decided I couldn't take them off until I had run for at least 15 minutes.... 55 minutes and 627 calories later, I finally stopped, and felt great!0

I force myself to just do it. I get dressed and blast some fun music.
I actually get the best workouts on the days I'm least motivated. I guess because I put the bar real low haha0
