I do the workouts every day using a pedometer from Virgin Health Miles 17,000-20,000 steps per day but my problem is the food I eat at dinner and night. Got any tips? I really need to loose 30 lbs....0

njjswim, make sure you're eating enough during the day. I used to have a problem with wanting to eat too much at the end of the day until I increased my calories. Better to add 200 during the day than 800 at the end!0 -

Nothing for me today, 1st day off this month. I was yawning all day at work even with coffee in my hand constantly (yes, I was drinking it, not just holding it...lol).
I came home and filled myself with carbs and took a nap, just feel so weak and tired.
Does anyone do the "refeed" thing where you take a day and just stuff yourself full of good carbs all day? Does it help?0 -
