I'm New Too!

Hi! I've just started using myfitnesspal (about 2 wks now) and I love it. I just had baby #2 in February and am trying to lose another 20ish lbs. I haven't done too much in the way of exercise yet except for Yoga on the Wii, a few walks with the new double-stroller around our neighborhood and of course chasing our two-year-old around. I actually weigh less now that when I began this last pregnancy (it was a rough one and lost weight) but I've still got some to lose :tongue: So far, tracking what I eat is really working and it keeps me honest. I have always eaten healthy foods for the most part but I'm such an impulse and volume eater. Now, I'm starting to be more conscious of what goes into my mouth, when, and why. I'm constantly searching out healthy meals/snacks since I'm such a foodie! Let's hope I (we!) can keep this up for life :bigsmile:

    welcome and goodluck....Watching and logging what you eat is vital, so you are on the right track
