I like to do a variety of workouts to keep things fresh. For cardio my favorite is definitely Zumba (don't roll your eyes, I dare you to take a good Zumba class and see how you feel after). My gym is 45 minutes from my house (but convenient to work) so for days that I'm not working, I use the Zumba Fitness Core program on my Xbox. Today for the first time, I hit 5 starts on a routine ... and probably burned an extra 25 calories jumping around like an idiot celebrating.

Just wanted to share. It was a hoot.
