hello, i'm sure this has been asked 1,000 times but i just started a few weeks ago. because i'm pretty heavy right now i burn a lot of calories exercising. most days i eat 1,400+ calories or more but i burn like 700-1,000 off at the gym every day so i am never anywhere near my calorie limit. please feel free to look at my diary and i really appreciate any feedback. some days you will see i don't eat breakfast but i occasionally work very late and wake up at 11 and eat lunch an hour after waking up. thank you!
