    I find that when people want to lose weight, they tend to head straight for the gym.
    I dont get the obsession with it, there are so many ways and places to work out - gyms are boring!!

    I would suggest you try some other forms of exercise - C25K, Swimming, Jillian Michaels 30DS, Insanity, Yoga...these are all things that you don't need a gym for and I've just listed them off the top of my head.

    The only reason I'm joining my gym is so I can start using the weights, I can't afford to buy them for home use.
    However all my cardio is done at home or outside in the fresh air.

    And with the dieting - you don't need to go on a huge diet kick, just use the calorie counter on here and you can still eat pretty much whatever you want, just so long as it fits for the day.

    Start off by making small changes and it will get easier, I promise.
