BMR is calculated by weight/height/age, etc, but is there any calculation that takes into account your resting heart rate?

Oooooor does it not matter???
When awake you can get a test for your RMR (resting metabolic rate) which gives you a better idea of your actual caloric requirements throughout the day.0
