What am I doing wrong?

I reached my highest personal weight last winter after a devastating personal event. In January, I realized that I was suffering from depression and decided to do something about it. At 213 pounds and 5'4", I began MFP afresh. I started eating 1370 calories a day and exercising 3-4 times a week. On a typical week, I hike for about 30 minutes, do circuit training twice for 20 minutes each, and run for about 40 minutes. I eat back all my calories from exercise.
I lost 10 pounds in the first two months, and then I quickly plateaued. I gained back 3 pounds on vacation, which is understandable, but I'm frustrated with my lack of apparent progress. On weekends, I usually end up eating about 2,000 calories a day, which of course stalls my progress. What am I doing wrong?

Hi,
I think you should give yourself a break. You are doing FABULOUS!! Take a breath and don't worry so much about the weight.
I know this is hard.
We all do it. We also all hit a plateau. You have to relax and know that this is part of life.
Sending lots of hugs.:flowerforyou:0
