Today i figured my stats since I began my journey 6 months ago...I've lost 63.5 total inches, 58#, and went from 40% body fat to 24.5%. I'm pretty damn proud of myself! I'm excited to build my muscle, tone and enjoy this awesome body and except the fact that I have flaws since I did have 2 kids ;) It really has been a very emotional journey but I'm so excited of the changes! All you that are working on your weight loss goals, don't give up, it's all worth it in the end!
