Hello. I'd like to meet some people on this site who are here not only for weight loss, but for companionship. I'm on a weightloss and healthy journey, but that isn't the only thing I want to talk about. It would be great to travel this journey with others who just want to chit-chat about the day and not only be interested in diet and exercise. Sometimes people get so absorbed in calories and logging exercise, that instead of being encouraging, they become critical of what others are eating, doing etc. Anyone out there just interested in friendship, please feel free to add me. I'm not always in a good mood, I don't always track my food, I won't open my diary, but I'm interested in YOU and I can be someone to 'talk' to. Thanks.
