Body Fat below 22%

First time my body fat has been in the healthy range since I can remember! Was 42% when I started at the end of December!

    Nice! that's awesome. I can't tell you how great it is to hear someone working toward reducing body fat % and not talking about weight. It's such an arbitrary thing (weight I mean).

    Whoohoo!! There is a youtube video that will make you feel good - it is by Dr OZ and it shows how losing all that body fat actually makes your internal organs healthier because the fat does not just sit on your tummy, it actually extrudes through your liver! Yuck! Visceral fat they call it. Well done you!

    Well done mine was 23.8 this week, good instead of average:smile: . Only on the scale which I know isn't that accurate but it usually goes up when I lose weight. :grumble:

    Planning on getting some callipers so I can measure that way.

    Don't know what I was when I first started but first time on the scale was 32.6 but I had already lost 21 lbs at that time.
