Judge My Schedule/Workout/Meal *Quite the essay*

Right now I'm trying to lose some FAT not just WEIGHT, I could live being 200lbs I just can't do the whole 23% BF
Question would be how to target FAT loss with out going with LOW CARB diet?
Hopefully you all can guide me in the right direction. Just a little heads up I did try to do the whole low carbs and man I almost choked myself on the bench I am no where near as close as I was before I adopted that diet. I don't believe that cutting carbs is the only way might be easiest but I time.
Stats: 255lbs/ 71inches/ 20yrs/
Work out: 5 days a week (5min cardio/40min weight lifting/15min cardio)
On Weights I usally go 2 weeks Strength 3X5, and 1 week hypertrophy 4X12
As far as Cardio first 5min are usually jogging, last 15 are intervals
I work the night shift if it matters (11-7)
8PM WAKE UP
9PM 4OZ TUNA
11PM BANANA/4OZ CHICKEN
1AM 4OZ LEAN STEAK/ 1/4 CUP OF BEANS
3AM 4OZCHICKEN
5AM 4OZ LEAN STEAK/ 1/4 CUP OF BEANS
6:30AM PROTEIN BAR
7:30AM GYM
9:30AM 4EGGS
12PM BED TIME
That puts me around, 100carbs/50fats/200protein
I do have Cyto Carb 2, I don't know if I should start using or not. The schedule/diet mentioned above puts me around 1,700 calories or so, my BMR/TDEE points me around 2300 though, I'm thinking I might be hurting myself more than actually getting anything done. Someone here told me to go up to the 2300cals I will probably get a bit of weight the first week or so but then my body will readjust its metabolism and at the same 2300cals I should start losing weight (2lbs/week)
Should I take maybe 1 serving of Cyto Carb 2? Its 210cals and 50g of carbs, that would get me closer to 2k cals and I was thinking just adding some hot dogs to my eggs they go for like 100cals each or maybe another banana also 100cals
I just wouldn't know where else to add those cals too protein I think is already good at 200g, fat I would rather stay at 50g maybe as high as 75g a day as far as carbs thats my question should I ingest the remaining calories through carbs? If so could I take them maybe an hour or so before working out to burn them off right after?
I know to lose weight a lot will say cut carbs but thats mainly water weight, and yes some fat to my understanding but not until your body transfers over to using fat as a fuel, which might take a while it will probably take the glycogen** away from your muscles before it resorts to fat (I'm not 100% sure on this just something I put together from what I think I understand)

wow. that sounds really complicated. what i would do is eat create a small energy deficit but only a small one and keep working out. i think that your body fat will drop slowly over time. also it looks to me like you are already on a low carb very high protein diet. i think that perhaps you might need to add more carbohyrdrate cos as i understand it carbohydrates are the fuel the provide energy for your body and protein is the fuel that repairs torn muscles etc... 1/12 cup of beans and a banana provide nowhere near enough fuel to power you through the day0

I could never sustain this long term.0

That's what I was thinking I'll be upping my Carbs by 52g/210cals hopefully with that I feel more energetic leading to better workouts
more fat loss hopefully
