21 Day Fitness Challenge

As my wedding
quickly approaches, I have been doing pretty well with eating healthier and getting exercise in to get in better shape for my big day. We leave for the cruise on April 19th - April 25th! However, I want to challenge myself to do better for the next 21 days.
Challenge: To exercise for 30-45 mins each day
For: beginner, novice, anyone
Start Day: March 30 - April 19
If you want to join me :happy: , provide one post with your starting day and then post daily what you did and for how long!
To me exercise should be something that is second nature and should be something that is enjoyed! Our bodies need it to stay flexible and healthy plus i want to be a good example to my current and future family!
