Hi is anyone using thermogenics to help with their weight loss? If, so what are you using?

I have always taken a thermo before my workouts. I switch my brand after a short off-cycle.

I've taken LIPO-6 black. Good thermo, but the amount of yohimbe they put in hurts my back.
    OxyElite, very mild. I like.
Hyrdoxycut Elite - Makes me a monster in the gym... Doesn't hurt my back like LIPO-6.
Cellucor HD - another mild one on me, I like.

I'm currently taking the Hydroxycut Elite... I'm surprised that I like it this time. Their old formula(s) did absolutely nothing for me.

Thanks for the info. I have taken OxyElite in the past and I did like it, bc you don't have to take a ridiculous amount of pills a day, and it didn't make me jittery. I may think about trying that again. It's scary trying something new. Most of the weight loss pills have a lot of caffeine in them, and I want to stay away from those kinds.
  • I have used the OxyelitePro in the past but had some strange side effects. It however worked VERY WELL! I should have cycled off much earlier than I did... Will probably go back and try it again

    Thanks for the information.
  • Have you not tried thermogenic foods instead of trying it in pill form? Healthy food that also aids in weight loss..kill two birds and all that lol

They're largely a waste of money.

Even the ones that may boost your metabolism .000001% are expensive and have undesired side effects.

If you're already drinking a cup of coffee I'd say that's the cheapest and most effective thermogenic you'll need.

No, I haven't tried thermogenic foods (not sure I know what foods they are), however after posting this question I decided I was not going to use any pills  I have just done everyting the health way, changed my eating habits & exercise 6-7 days a week. Thanks for the feedback.

Deffo try the foods...the thermogenic foods I eat are: garlic, chilli, cabbage, green tea (which also speeds up your metabolism) and believe it or not ICE cold water is also thermogenic :)

Give it a try there are plenty more.

Not really any thermogenic foods out there. All foods have TEF.

IMO, almost all thermogenics OTC are very mild. Now if you can do EC stack or better (I'm not gonna say the bodybuilder's thermogenic) you'll have to probably look past OTC.

Most thermogenics have more stimulant than actual ingredients that assist in burning body fat. Believe it or not, a sleeping pill would probably be better for some than a thermogenic, since many lack sleep.
