Need to lose 20 lbs

  • It took me 2.5 months to loose 20 lbs. I did it by watching portions, swapping higher calorie food with lower calorie foods and exercise 6 days a week. Do it the healthy way!

What this thread is about weight loss, I thought it was about usmcmp's butt. I misread something.

Calm down son...I said date not get you a new mommy!!
Oh and guess what daddy has in the box!

I know we're close, dad. But I just asked her to peg my *kitten* with her stump. You really want my seconds?

and yes it's seconds, because turnabout is fair play

OP, you are such a cutie, so you shouldn't remove your head...but that's a good 8-10 pounds right there.

I do hear that limb removal is all the rage in weight loss. Dr. Oz recommends it as well. Keep your arms, though, because you will need them for those two fine gentleman.

Good luck with your threesome. :flowerforyou:

Senna tablets are the way to go.

Why not just poop it all out?

So I'm meeting up with a couple dreamy guys in 2 weeks and I need to lose about 20 lbs by then. I know I shouldn't have waited until the last second but this is where I am and have to work with the time I have. Any helpful advice would be greatly appreciated! :flowerforyou:

    Ooh! A man-man-lady threesome!

    my fave.

Everyone's body reacts differently (and I'm sure many people will shun me on here for my diet choices), but I'd recommend doing Atkins Induction for two weeks (the first phase of the Atkins program). I've lost 6 lbs since Monday. Yeah, yeah, I know, it's mostly water weight. However, I did induction in January too, lost 10 lbs then, and I never gained it back. Worth a shot!
