So, I never write these, but I had to tell somebody, so this seemed like the appropriate place.

January 1st, I weighed 261 lbs, and was drinking and smoking on a regular basis.

Since the beginning of the year:

I have lost 40 lbs
Go to Crossfit 4x/week
and today just ran 5 miles in 55 minutes.

I don't think I have ever run 5 miles in my life. My new life is pretty awesome.
