Sugar, Carbs, Sugar

Does anyone have meal or snack ideas that don't involve sugar? I was amazed that even though I'm counting calories and eating "healthy" foods....I'm consuming almost 100 grams of sugar a day! That's insane when it's supposed to be around 35. I guess I shall have to give up yogurt for a snack. Here's my typical meal plan:
Breakfast: 2-3 eggs, scrambled with fresh deli turkey or chicken slices mixed in.
Lunch: Healthy Choice or Lean Cuisine entree / Salad with broccoli and other fresh veggies, deli meat, 2 TBSP dressing.
Dinner: Whole wheat tortilla with kidney, black, and refried low fat beans - and hot sauce. Raw carrot. Skinny Cow ice cream single servings.
Snack: choice of: Apple / Pear / Banana / 1 oz dark chocolate / unsalted baking nuts (pecans or walnuts) / sunflower seeds / popcorn
