How does 30DS fit in?

I'm still intimidated, but want to give the 30ds a shot. I'm currently exercising 6d/wk, 3 strength training, 3 cardio; each sessions is 40-60min, depending on day.
How/where does the 30ds fit in? Replaces a cardio session? A strength session? Do the 30ds PLUS what I was doing? Time is a bit limited, don't really have 60min+ daily... but wondering how others incorporated this into their existing routines. Thanks!

If you are doing all of that already, you probably aren't going to find the 30 DS very challenging. It is more an alternative for people working up to more intense programs. If you are still interested, give it a try on a cardio day, using lighter dumbbells.0

If you are doing all that you have nothing to be intimidated about.0

Just to remind myself, I went and tried the 30 DS again, even though I already did 40 minutes of circuit training.
I have to modify the jumping jacks, jump rope and kick ups, due to back issues. But I am moving the whole time and swinging my arms around like a maniac. I also bounce more in the punches and really get into that, so it evens out somewhat.
I do modified push-ups, but I can do them for the full time (I believe last time I tried, i did baby push-ups).
I still can't get my butt off the ground in reverse crunches.
I do the front raises with one dumbbell, instead of two.
So, definitely some room for improvement, but this does not make me sweat as much as my normal workouts.
Maybe precisely that makes it a good standard: if it is easy for you, just go back to what you were doing. If it is hard, keep doing and/or look for ways to increase the intensity of your normal workouts.0
